We spoke to Major Phil Packer who has recently completed a 2012 mile charity walk where he visited every county in the UK.

Phil sustained a spinal cord injury in a rocket attack in Iraq and was told that he would never walk again.

He defied doctors by completing the London Marathon just a year later and he came in to talk about his latest venture which has seen him raise money for his charity The British Inspiration Trust (BRIT.)
