Peter Stringfellow gives winter fuel allowance to charity
“I, Peter Stringfellow don’t need this money," says the nightclub owner about the £200 winter fuel allowance payment. The former Liberal Democrat health minister, Paul Burstow, says only the poorest pensioners should get the payment. He says that could save £1.5 billion.
