Chelsee Healey on why she is taking a trip down the Zambezi for Comic Relief

Waterloo Road actress Chelsee Healey has never been in a boat before...but is about to kayak for eight hours a day down the Zambezi river.

For the BT Comic Relief Hell or High Water challenge, Chelsee will team up with Jack Dee, Greg James and Mel C among other celebrities to raise money for charity.

Chelsee says she is looking forward to the trip and has been going to the gym and running to increase her fitness.

Red Nose Day is Friday March 15.
