Stacey Solomon talks about postnatal depression
X Factor finalist Stacey Solomon remembers being an 18-year-old with a new baby. She recalls being diagnosed with postnatal depression and how that left her feeling very scared and trapped. She relives the memory of burning some toast which left her in tears. She thought if she couldn't even make toast, how could she possibly look after a baby. As she sits in her old bedroom Stacey looks back on how nervous and ashamed she was to talk about her illness because of the stigma attached to it.
