Why: "In the late 50’s and early 60’s he was rarely out of the charts, with so many popular songs – “I Go Ape”, “Happy Birthday Sweet Sixteen”, “Little Devil”, “Breaking up is Hard To Do”, “Calendar Girl”, and "Oh Carole” – supposedly written about Carole King!"
