As a County we recycle nearly 50 percent of our household rubbish, thats just short of the European Target which has been set for 2020.......so that appears good.

BUt if we break this down to Districts - while most are doing well - Stroud appears to be failing.

There only 30 percent of waste is recycled. Some would say that's surprising, especially for a town that is seen as green, a bit alternative.
