Cheltenham Borough Council has approved plans for the 45 million pound redevelopment of Cheltenham Racecourse

Work will begin at Prestbury Park after next year's National Hunt Festival, and will include a 6 500 capacity grandstand to replace the current small A and R block and a new Royal box.
