A fire fighter has died in Manchester. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Manchester spoke to Steve McGuirk from Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service
Tributes have been paid to a fire fighter who died last night tackling a huge blaze in Manchester City Centre. Another officer was seriously injured in the fire which broke out at a shop on Oldham Street in the Northern Quarter. The man who died has been named as Stephen Hunt, who was 38 and was based at the Phillips Park Station.
