Chef, Raymond Blanc teaches us how to master the basics
When Raymond Blanc first started working in restaurants more than forty years ago he didn't have any professional training. Instead he taught himself how to cook, and now, two Michelin stars later, he wants to teach everyone else to do the same.
His new show is all about mastering basic cooking skills. Raymond Blanc: How To Cook Well is on Tuesday, 16th July at 8pm on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Two.
