Mixing teenagers with a car chase, police dogs and a taser gun demonstration might sound like a disaster waiting to happen. But it’s working for Nottingham Police.
Young people in the city have been given a behind-the-scenes look at the force, the latest scheme to build better relations with the city’s ethnic minority communities.
In this extract, ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Nottingham’s Reya El-Salahi is joined by 16-year-old Nottingham Girls Academy pupil, Ikea Wint, and PC Suk Verma, who’s involved in running the project.
