Should councils ban payday lenders from advertising?
Adverts for payday loan firms have been banned on billboards and bus shelters in Plymouth.
Access to their websites has also been blocked from computers in council libraries and community centres.
Are payday lenders so bad that local councils should ban them from advertising?
