It was the story of the weekend at this year's Nozstock Festival at Rowden Paddocks near Bromyard - where this year they held their Wild Wild West theme.

DJ Yoda, Mr Scruff and Chas & Dave were headlining - but we also nabbed our own stage in 'The Hidden Valley' - and highlights from that will be broadcast throughout the whole of August.

Taking place across many pubs, hotels and clubs in Malvern, this new music festival putÌýthe rich, diverse pool of musical talent in and around MalvernÌýto work for a great local cause: Acorns Children's Hospice.

Three days of free music included pop to punk, folk to metal - in a similar format to that of the Worcester Music Festival.

More than 400 bands will be playing in Worcester this weekend - covering the musical spectrum from Glee to trad jazz.

The gigs will be free - as part of the growing Worcester Music Festival.

The event is entirely run by volunteers and most of the acts are local.

She once lived in a caravan, would regularly look for discarded musical instruments on Worcester tip, worked as a crystal polisher and a ghost hunter, and writes beautiful songs about life, love and socks.

But this week, the Bromsgrove musician , who relocated to Australia a couple of years ago has returnedÌýto the faithful city to perform at this year's Worcester Music Festival - hot off the heels of playing Glastonbury.

Our next recording session takes place on Sunday 1 September at the Worcester Arts Workshop, as part of the Worcester Music Festival, and features the five acts we plan to broadcast throughout August and September.

None of these acts knew they were being considered for a live session - they were chosen based on the tracks they uploaded - which led them to receiving airplay on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Hereford & Worcester.

Peace at Reading Festival

What a summer it's been for the Worcester band Peace - playing the biggest gigs of their lives.

Their touring schedule began with an appearance at Glastonbury and last weekend they did Reading & Leeds.
Ìý
The gig, , saw brothers Harry Koisser and Samuel Koisser take to the stage with fellow band members Douglas Castle and Dominic Boyce.
