David Smith, father of Hannah Smith, who was found hanged on August 2nd, speaks about his daughter's death and how it has effected her sister Joanne. He believes online bullying on the social media website Ask.fm, caused her to take her life.

This interview comes on the day the company is due to release the findings from an external review into the safety of the site. Alex Holmes, an anti-bullying campaigner and member of the UK Council for Internet Safety, joins the debate.
