According to US President Barack Obama, Syria鈥檚 alleged use of chemical weapons earlier this month crossed a red line. But a report in Foreign Policy magazine says the US actually helped Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein use chemical weapons against Iran in the 鈥�80s. We hear from one of the report鈥檚 authors.
