In early 2013 we awarded 19 talented musical individuals a Fellowship grant, allowing them to spend a year developing their skills while being mentored by industry professionals.

We invited the Fellows to come together at MediaCityUK for an informal day of panel discussions and networking, giving them a chance to get to know us, and eachother, a bit better.

Unfortunately, not all of the Fellows could join us so these films were made to document some of the sessions. Please note that this video was not filmed professionally and is for archive only. There may be some subtle flashing in the background of this clip.

Love them or hate them, an Action Plan can come in very handy when you are looking at a year of endless possibility. To conclude the day, Music Producer and Manager John Hart gave us a practical workshop on how to prepare a personal plan.
