Sophie Carroll talks about her role as an Aircraft Painter for British Airways and how spending time in her father鈥檚 body shop when she was younger may have influenced her career choice. She started as cabin crew and had little to no experience to begin with but her willingness to learn resulted in an opportunity to train on the job with the support of a mentor. Sophie lists some of the equipment she uses and points out the importance of well-presented aircraft in relation to customer confidence. There鈥檚 no doubt it鈥檚 a rewarding role and Sophie feels especially proud when an aircraft she鈥檚 worked on flies overhead.
