ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Manchester's Allan Beswick spoke to Melanie who uses a Foodbank in Stockport
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Manchester's Allan Beswick has been talking about people who're struggling to get food on the table in the run up to Christmas. Foodbanks are increasingly being used. For example, a foodbank in Stockport, run by the Trussell Trust, fed more than 500 people in November this year. That's a five fold increase on the same time last year. Melanie from Stockport got help from a foodbank last year, to help feed the two grandchildren she looks after. Unfortunately, she says she'll have to use it again this year.
