Ingredients

- A 220g jar of plain pickled herring
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1陆 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1陆 tbsp cr猫me fra卯che
- 1陆 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 陆 tbsp dijon mustard
- 陆 tbsp single cream
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 shallot, very finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives

Method
Drain the herring from the jar and discard the onion bits
听
In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together, then whisk until the mixture is creamy and combine, and season to taste
听
Add the drained herring and marinate for a few hours in the fridge
