1105 Luke Birch, record breaking Atlantic rower
Luke Birch has just returned to Lincolnshire after rowing the Atlantic.  He and his friend Jamie Sparks are officially the youngest pair ever to row the Atlantic.  They rowed under the team name of "" and raised £307,800 for Breast Cancer Care. Â

Patrick Warren is cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats to raise money for .  This is a charity he has set up, which aims to help people suffering from mental health issues, by getting them involved in group bike rides.  Today he is in Shropshire on day 5.  Follow his progress with Melvyn over the next few days.  He is expecting to reach John O'Groats on Monday.   Â
