This morning, Leicester City council is announcing a number of proposals, including a flat rate of 拢1 for an hour's parking in the city centre.

They've also revealed plans for two new surface level car parks, and the instillation of easy to use payment machines.


A on the proposals begins today (26th March) and will end on the 22nd April.
