A hacker from the Anonymous group has justified hactivism saying he is accountable to "my brain, my heart and my peers".

The government says the overall threat to the country from cyber attacks is comparable to international terrorism.. The European Union says the UK will need 500,000 more IT specialists by 2015 to combat the threat.
