Sir Robin Knox-Johnston is to compete in a solo trans-Atlantic race
At the age of 75, most people would be thinking of putting their feet up and taking life a little easier.
But when your name is Sir Robin Knox Johnston, that's the last thing that's on your mind.
The world record breaking sailor, and ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Solent presenter has announced he is to compete in a gruelling 3500 mile, single handed race across the Atlantic this November.
He's been chatting with our reporter Neil Sackley.
