It is hard to believe that Castrillo Matajudios in northern Spain has not changed its name before now. Translated into English it means: 鈥淐astrillo Kill Jews鈥� 鈥� a name that dates back to 1035. This week, 60 residents of the village will vote on a proposal to change it. Rodrigo Desayaez is a Spanish historian and author of the book State Racism.
