Ex-serviceman: "too proud" to ask for help with PTSD
An ex soldier and his family have told 5 live Breakfast about the problems they faced when they left the armed forces.
Steve Beedie left the army in 2005 and was diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder shortly afterwards.
His wife, Lyndsey, described Steve's return from Kosovo as a "hostile environment" and a "battleground".
Steve, Lyndsey and three of their children told 5 live Breakfast about their "low moment" of receiving an eviction notice on Christmas Eve.
