Cerebral Palsy is a term given to conditions that affect movement and coordination.
It's caused by a problem in the parts of the brain responsible for controlling muscles and can occur if the brain develops abnormally or is damaged before, during or shortly after birth.
A new campaign and parliamentary inquiry launches this month - led by a local charity - focused on getting a better deal for children with cerebral palsy across the UK.
On today's programme we'll meet people who live with Cerebral Palsy, hear from parents whose children have it and find out how this campaign could improve their lives.
