This sound is from PM listener Julia Boyd. She explained: "The company I work for still has a tea lady, Brenda, and this is the sound of her tea trolley. To hear it clatter down the office is a welcome distraction twice a day! On special days such as St Valentine, any patron Saint, Cliff Richard's birthday (her idol) the trolley and Brenda will be dressed up."
