Mae Taid, Meic a Jim yn colli ffortiwn wrth chwarae poker gyda Ffion. Penderfyna Sheryl anghofio am ei phryderon ac ymuno 芒鈥檙 criw ar y daith feics. Taid, Meic and Jim play poker but get taken to the cleaners by Ffion. Sheryl decides to forget about her troubles and joins in the charity bike ride.
