How to create low cost, lab-grown meat
Could we soon be seeing lab-grown meat on supermarket shelves? Professor Cor van der Weele of Wageningen University in the Netherlands hopes so – she’s co-written a paper outlining how meat could be made from stem cells and then mass produced.
