Superstar DJ Norman Jay MBE and his Good Times soundsystem have been a part of London’s Notting Hill Carnival for over 30 years. But this year they will not be able to attend due to major redevelopment on the site – instead he’s launching his own festival to keep the Good Times rolling. He first explains how he came to play at the Notting Hill Carnival.
