Clarence Seedorf: van Gaal has 'explosive personality'
Former Netherlands midfielder Clarence Seedorf says new Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal is a "top coach" but his personality sometimes brings some "extra stuff" with it.
Seedorf came through the youth ranks at Ajax when van Gaal was in charge there and says working with youngsters is one of his strengths.
Van Gaal is currently coaching the Netherlands at the World Cup in Brazil and Seedorf is also full of praise for the way he's managed the Dutch at the tournament so far.
