Hodgson 'handing players a great opportunity'
England manager Roy Hodgson is confident the players he's picked to play Costa Rica in the World Cup on Tuesday will not let him down.
He has made nine changes from the defeat to Uruguay, with both captain Steven Gerrard and Wayne Rooney dropping to the bench. Hodgson says he is handing the other players in the squad a "great opportunity".
The game with Costa Rica kicks off at 1700 on Tuesday and you can hear it live on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ 5 live.
