Whiskey: Scotland's billion pound industry
Adam Parsons visits the Isle of Arran, fifty miles west southwest from Glasgow including a ten mile hop over the Firth of Clyde.
He spends the morning learning about the four billion pound whisky industry.
James MacTaggart, master blender at the Isle of Arran Distillery, tells Adam that there's no rule as to whether or not you should add water to whisky, it's up to personal preference.
