Paracetemol ‘no better than placebo’ for back pain
It’s a common remedy, but paracetemol may be no more effective than a placebo when taken for back pain, according to a new study published in the medical journal, The Lancet. Chris Maher from the George Institute at the University of Sydney is on the team that carried out the research. What did his team look at and why?
