Letter to teacher thanking him for 'coming out' assembly
In 2010 David Weston - then a teacher - stood up in front of the school assembly and revealed he was gay.
Four years later, David received an email from one of his ex-pupils - Richard Miah. David then published the letter on his Twitter feed as a way of inspiring other teachers.
Speaking to 5 live Breakfast, Richard said he wrote the letter because "David should get the recognition he deserves".
