From pig farming to broadband: one man's career change

A new survey has found that up to a half of workers are unhappy in their jobs, because they think their current career doesn't reflect their "true calling".

One man who's taken that to heart is former pig farmer Richard Dix. The farm had been in his family for three generations, but as he told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 5 live's Phil Williams, difficult economic circumstances meant that he changed his life to start a new business delivering high-speed broadband.

He's now turning over £500,000 a year.
