Dogs home fire fundraiser reacts to £1m total
More than a million pounds has been donated to Manchester Dogs ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ in less than 24 hours, after a large fire destroyed the building and killed 60 dogs.
Police are questioning a 15 year old boy on suspicion of arson.
The Just Giving page has received donations from more than 100,000 people.
The creator of the fundraising page was Beth Ashton, a journalist at the Manchester Evening News, who set it up originally intending to raise only £5,000. She told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 5 live's Stephen Nolan why she set it up - and gave her reaction to the page's success.
