Pellegrini: Refs making it "twice as difficult to retain title"
Manuel Pellegrini says refereeing decisions are hindering Manchester City this season.
The Manchester City boss claims that his side should have been given a penalty in the 2-2 draw at Arsenal, and that there were fouls leading up to both Arsenal goals.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger also cited referring decisions as going against his side too.
