Football has a "hidden resistance" preventing black managers getting jobs, says players' union boss Gordon Taylor. Kevin will be discussing this with former Swindon Town boss Iffy Onoura who’s currently the equalities coach for the PFA. Plus we’ll hear how a Somerset film company's been using 'peddle powered cinema' to run a six week long film festival in Malawi, reaching remote villages they wouldn't be able to otherwise. Also we’ll be in conversation with Black comedian Annette Fagon who’s appearing in Gloucester.
