Cameron: Voting 'No' gives Scotland best of both worlds
The Prime Minister David Cameron has told 5 live that voting 'No' to Scottish independence would give people the "best of both worlds."
Speaking to chief political correspondent John Pienaar he said "They get a stronger parliament with stronger powers. That's what it's about."
Asked whether there was a contingency plan in case of a 'Yes' vote Cameron replied it was "very important not to arrange these things in advance".
