Stafford Hospital and UHNS to be renamed

Catch up on the day's news and sport, plus great music with Tim Wedgwood.

A new trust is being set up to run the NHS hospitals in Staffordshire from November, and has been given £300m to implement the changes.
The University Hospital of North Staffordshire, formerly the City General, will be re-named as Royal Stoke University Hospital, while scandal-hit Stafford Hospital will become County Hospital. We'll have the details, speak to Mark Hackett, the man designated in charge of the new NHS trust - and hear what campaigners in Stafford think of the changes.
