The number of children waiting to be adopted in Northamptonshire has gone up by a third in the past year, yet the number of approved adopters is substantially less.
The number of children waiting to be adopted in Northamptonshire has gone up by a third in the past year despite new regulations making it easier to adopt. Northamptonshire County Council wants more people to come forward to be considered as adoptive parents.
