Reeva Steenkamp 'just a trophy' to Pistorius says mother
The mother of Reeva Steenkamp, who was killed by Oscar Pistorius, says the athlete did not love her and saw her as a "trophy" girlfriend.
Speaking to Afternoon Edition, June Steenkamp said she wanted to speak to Pistorius and make him see how their lives had been "devastated" by her death.
Pistorius was jailed for five years for culpable homicide after admitting to shooting Reeva through a bathroom door at his home in Pretoria.
June added that she did not "care" what happened to him after jail, as Reeva was "never coming back".
