Farmers in our region are benefiting from one million pounds of income as demand for their wheat crops increases.

That's according to East Yorkshire bio-refinery VIVERGO which has created a new market for UK animal feed grade wheat - high protein food for livestock to you and I.

It also uses the wheat to produce bio-ethanol fuel.
