Samir Nasri and Pablo Zabaleta scored against Roma to send Manchester City through to the knockout stage of the Champions League.

Nasri鈥檚 25 yard strike came after the break with Zabaleta firing in his shot from close range.

Goalkeeper Joe Hart was also instrumental in the win for the Manchester side making several important saves.

The Premier League champions are joined by Chelsea who also progress to the last 16.
