Driver parked in disabled bay refuses to leave towed car
Matthew Sanders has been in a stand-off with police in Birmingham since 9am this morning. He parked in a disabled bay and to stop his car being towed away he refusing to get out of it. He says: "I'll stay till they release my car off the wagon"
