Tony Mowbray on life under Jeremy Peace at West Brom
Tony Mowbray was the last manager to oversee matters on the pitch at West Bromwich Albion. Since then the club has implemented a structure more popular in the continent, using a head coach and technical director.
Speaking to 5 live Sport, Mowbray gives his insight into working under West Brom chairman Jeremy Peace, who is now looking for his fourth new head coach since Roy Hodgson left the club in the summer of 2012.
The 51-year-old, who left West Brom to join Celtic in 2009, fears the club may need to undergo a "change in identity" should they appoint Tony Pulis as head coach, but that could be a necessary price to pay for guaranteed Premier League football next season.
