Former Chelsea defender Frank Sinclair reflects on his FA cup experience as he joined Lee James for Sportsworld's FA Cup third round special. He admits while some high profile overseas players including Gianfranco Zola, Gianluca Vialli and Roberto Di Matteo didn't realise "the importance" of the cup, until they actually played in it.

He says that almost all non-league players have been involved with a professional club at one time and have "an aspiration" of performing on the biggest stage against players from top sides.
