Teen: 'Most people my age' not interested in politics
Despite voting in the Scottish referendum, 16 year-old Ellie Kean says she agrees with the voting age staying at 18.
Ms Kean said she "felt privileged" to vote in the referendum but worries if the voting age for a general election were lowered, her peers would not make an "informed decision".
She said "most people my age aren't interested in politics" and would vote impulsively which is not the "best way to establish a government".
