                Russell T Davies: TV diversity needs 'seismic changes'
Television producer Russell T Davies says "seismic changes" are needed to improve gender and sexuality diversity on screen.
Davies said, "the world is run by middle class, white, straight men, and they simply put themselves on screen and on radio... and into art and into novels."
Davies was speaking alongside Vincent Franklin, star of Davies' new show Cucumber, which follows the lives of gay characters living in Manchester.
