Europe is under pressure to write-off some of Greece鈥檚 debts. But if it does, then other countries could say 鈥渨hy not us too鈥�? And if it does not, Greece will most likely be forced out of the EU. In either case there are extremely difficult times ahead for the European Union. Hardtalk speaks to Pierre Moscovici, the EU鈥檚 finance commissioner 鈥� someone who will play a pivotal role in negotiations. Should Europe鈥檚 taxpayers spend more to make life easier for the Greeks?
